W-2’s and 1095-C Forms are available in your Share and Care Paychex Flex web account http://paychex.com for print or download. W-2’s will be available electronically no later than January 31st, 2025. 1095-C Forms will be available no later than March 1st, 2025, and may be required to be printed and attached to your income tax return. W-2’s and 1095-C forms will be available electronically for current and past employee’s for up to 3 years in Paychex Flex web account. You may contact our office at (660) 885-8330 or Paychex Employee Online Support (888) 246-7500 for assistance with usernames or password reset.
Requirements for online, printing, and/or downloading:
A PC or smart device with internet access and adequate storage space download and store a copy of your W-2.
Current versions of Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome.
Current versions of a PDF reader.
A printer connected to your PC or smart device, capable of printing a PDF file.
