We are organized by the parents and family members of our institution specifically to provide the best quality services available for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Our strengths are in recognizing, developing and utilizing the talents of the people we serve. This positive approach has led to success in difficult areas such as behavior and communication.

Our Volunteer Board of Directors, Administrative team, and staff have the know how, experience, and personal commitment needed to achieve results.

Becky Gregory

We Have Been Growing Our Expertise

Becky is the Executive Director, and has been employed with Share & Care since April 1997. She has a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, and working towards her licence as a LPC. Becky is a Certified Instructor in American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED, Mandt (Crisis Intervention), Positive Behavioral Supports, Missouri Quality Outcomes, also Laubach (Literacy Council). Becky also has been trained in other areas such as Feel It (Sensitivity Training), Abuse/Neglect, Safety and Lifting, Documentation and a Certified Medication Administration Aide.

Sandra Carroll

Bettering Our Understanding

Sandy was part of a group of parents who met in April of 1989 to form Share & Care. Sandy's role has changed over the course of time from parent of a child with a disability, volunteer, board member, to direct care staff and then to Business Administrator. As the Business Administrator, her main job functions are overseeing all financial aspects of both the business and consumer funds, and as a member of the Administrative team, which guides the agency into its future. Sandy's favorite part of the job is interacting with the people we serve and seeing them change and learn to become more independent.
