W-2’s and 1095-C Forms are available in your Share and Care Paychex Flex web account for print or download. W-2’s will be available electronically no later than January 31 st , 2024. 1095-C Forms will be available electronically no later than March 1, 2024, and may be required to be printed and attached to your income tax return. W-2’s and 1095-C forms will be available electronically for current and past employee’s for up to 3 years in the Paychex Flex web account.
